锻锤弹性基础动态特性的仿真
Computer-simulation of Dynamic Characteristics for Elastic Foundation of the Forging Hammer
【摘要】 根据模锻锤弹性基础的特点,建立了系统的动力学模型。采用高精度及高数值稳定性的RKF(Runge-Kutta-Felhberg)算法对模型进行了求解;对不同激励条件、不同弹簧刚度和阻尼条件下砧座及混凝土基础的振动情况进行了仿真;讨论了弹簧刚度、阻尼器阻尼系数和混凝土质量等参数对隔振效果的影响。为弹性基础的设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The dynamics model of the system has been established based on the characteristics of the elastic foundation of forging hammer.The solution of the model has been given using RKF(Runge-Kutta-Felhberg) algo-rithm which has high precision and high numerical stability.The vibration states of the foundation of the hammering block and concrete have been simulated in different excitation conditions, different spring stiffness and damping conditions.Furthermore, the impacts of following parameters such as spring stiffness, the damping coefficient of damper and the concrete quality on isolation effect have been discussed, which provide theoretical foundation for the design ofelastic foundation offorginghammer.
