【Abstract】 Thermoelectric cooling-heating unit of circuit board for test is a compact warmer and cooler with an exact temperature control system. It used thermoelectric cooling modules for cooling and a thin film heater for heating, and adopted SCM for temperature control. The temperature control range was -40-+55 ℃,the temperature control precision is ±0.5 ℃.
