原子荧光法测定石墨中的铅含量
Determination of lead content in graphite by AFS
【摘要】 提出以草酸-铁氰化钾-硼氢化钾反应体系,利用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定石墨中铅的含量。对影响荧光强度的有关试验条件和共存元素干扰进行了优化的研究和讨论,获得的结果令人满意。线性回归方程为:荧光强度为(796.9269C-37.25768),相关系数为:0.9996,检测限为0.079mg/mL,在以5mg/L铅标准溶液进行11次连续测定下的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%,加标回收率为91.1%~104.9%。此方法的操作简单,灵敏度高,选择性好。关
【Abstract】 A new method was proposed for determination of traces of lead in graphite by hydride-generation atomic-fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) from H2C2O4-K3Fe(CN)6-KBH4 media. The effects of analytical conditions on fluorescence signal intensity were investigated and optimized. Interferences from coexisting ions were evaluated. Linearity was 796.9269 C-37.25768,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 6,and detection limits was 0.079 mg/L. The precision for elevenfold determination of Pb at the 5 mg/mL level was 2.1% (RSD). Recoveries of 91.1%-104.9% was obtained for two coated paper samples. The proposed method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,and high efficiency .The method was used successfully for determination of Pb content in graphite.
