二甲醚部分氧化重整的参数优化与动力学
Optimization of parameter and kinetics of dimethyl ether partial oxidation reformation
【摘要】 对二甲醚DME(Dimethyl Ether)部分氧化重整制氢反应过程进行了理论分析,得到氢气产率和体积含量最高时系统中混合气体的组成。并应用自行设计的实验及测试系统,研究了温度、空醚比、催化剂质量m与DME进料的摩尔流速vDME之比m/vDME等参数对DME转化率、混合气中CH4、CO2体积含量的影响。综合理论分析与实验结果,得出了DME部分氧化重整制氢系统最佳操作参数。确定了在最佳反应条件下,DME部分氧化反应的幂指数型宏观动力学速率表达式。
【Abstract】 The composing of DME partial oxidation system which has the highest hydrogen production and content were gained by theory analysis. The effect of temperature, ratio of air to DME and ratio of quality of catalyst to velocity of DME on conversion of DME and the content of CH4 and CO2 were investigated by using the self-designed experiment system. The optimized reaction condition was obtained from theory analysis and experiment data. Kinetics expression parameters of power-type rate model were determined on the optimized condition.
