Al-空气电池阴极材料的制备及电性能
Synthesis of cathode materials for Al-air cell and its electric performance
【摘要】 以Co、Mn硝酸盐为原料,加入一定量微波吸波剂Vulcan XC-72,用微波进行热处理制备了纳米复合氧化物MnCo2O4阴极材料。用热重(TG)分析了形成过程;通过扫描电镜仪(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征得知产物结晶良好,纯度高,平均粒径约15 nm,且分布均匀;在室温下、空气气氛中,以6 mol/L KOH为电解液、三电极体系中测试了由产物所制备的空气扩散电极对氧还原反应的催化效果,极化曲线显示:在-0.2 V(vs.Hg/HgO)电位下,ORR电流密度达96 mA/cm2;对由产物所制备的空气电极及纯金属Al片所组装的Al-空气电池进行了放电性能测试,效果良好。
【Abstract】 A composite oxide, MnCo2O4, for cathode materials of Al-air cell was prepared by microwave heating with a mixture of cobalt and manganese nitrates and Vulcan XC-72 as materials. The formation progress was investigated by TG. The product was characterized by SEM and XRD. The results show that it is a good spherical nanocrystalline with high purity, average size about 15 nm in diameter, and uniformity distribution. The catalytic effect of the product on ORR in a basic solution under room temperature was tested on a three electrodes system. The polarization curves reveal that the cathode current density reached 96 mA·cm-2 at -0.2 V (vs. Hg/HgO). The discharging curve of the Al-air cell assembled with Al slice as anode and air electrode containing MnCo2O4 as cathode was obtained.
