单分散性纳米Co3O4的制备及电化学性能研究

【摘要】 以Co(NO3)2为钴源,NH3·H2O-NH4Cl为沉淀剂,H2O2为氧化剂,水和正丁醇作溶剂,聚乙二醇作分散剂,采用水热法制备了约15nm的单分散性类球形Co3O4。采用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段对产物进行了表征;并对其电化学性能进行了测试,结果表明,采用水热法制备的单分散性纳米Co3O4的电化学性能优良;20次循环后比容量保持有555mAh/g。

【Abstract】 Mono-dispersed spherical Co3O4 with the particle size of 15 nm was synthesized successfully by hydrothermal method using Co(NO3)2·6 H2O as cobalt salt, NH3·H2O-NH4Cl as precipitator, H2O2 as oxidant, water and n-butanol as solvent, polyethylene glycol as dispersant. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The electrochemical performances of the samples synthesized by hydrothermal method were also investigated. They demonstrated high lithium storage capacity and good cyclability. After 20 cycles, the discharge capacity of nano-Co3O4 retained 555 mAh/g.
