基于ANSYS的曲柄压力机曲轴刚度分析

【摘要】 按变截面梁挠度理论公式对J23-80压力机的曲轴刚度进行计算,得出的挠度值与实测值相比误差为4%。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对曲轴模型进行分析并按照两种不同的加载方式对曲轴进行加载:按曲轴变形前的均布载荷形式给曲轴加载,得到的挠度值与实测值相比,误差为1.1%;按曲轴变形后的集中力形式给曲轴加载,得到的挠度值与实测值相比,误差为12.8%。从而得出利用有限元分析法分析曲轴时应按照均布载荷形式对其加载,这样得到的分析结果才更可靠,更接近曲轴变形的真实情况。

【Abstract】 The crankshaft flexibility of J23-80 crank press was calculated by using the bending theory of variable cross-section beams,the error between the theory value and field measurement value was 4%.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the model of the crankshaft.In this process,two different measures were used to load the crankshaft: the error between the theory value and field measurement value was 1.1% when the crankshaft was loaded with the uniformly-distributed load before the deformation of the crankshaft;the error was 12.8% when the crankshaft was loaded with the central force after the deformation of the crankshaft.The result is that the uniformly-distributed load shall be loaded to the crankshaft when using finite element analysis measure,and the result of analysis is more feasible and closer to the real status of the deformation of the crankshaft.
