基于Profibus-DP总线实现的横剪生产线控制系统
The Crosscut Production Line Control System Based on Profibus-DP Bus
【摘要】 介绍了钢板横剪生产线的基本构成,控制系统实现方法上采用了Profi-bus-DP网络技术,选择S7-300 CPU 315-2DP作为控制核心、TP270触摸屏为人机交互设备、6RA70系列直流驱动器为执行设备,提高了控制系统的技术先进性、可靠性和钢板剪切精度。
【Abstract】 The basic structure of steel plate crosscut production line was presented.Profibus-DP network technology was adopted as realizing method of control system,selecting S7-300 CPU315-2DP as the control center,TP270 touch panel as man-machine interactive equipment and DC master 6RA70 as performance equipment.All these can lift technical advancement,reliability and crosscut precision.
