基于Agent的电力系统紧急控制方案

【摘要】 在"集中管理、分区控制"的紧急控制思想指导下,作者基于Agent提出了可协作的电力系统紧急控制方案。当电力系统出现紧急情况时,控制区域中用于处理紧急故障的Lord Agent组成多代理系统,在合同网规则协调下快速动作形成紧急控制措施,并将控制措施下达到各紧急控制区域Agent,并行处理紧急故障。为验证上述控制方案在时间方面的优越性,在WSCC 4机系统上进行了仿真实验,结果表明该紧急控制方案可以对不同地点的紧急故障快速制定出控制措施并将控制指令下发到各控制区域的Lord Agent,极大地缩短了分配和执行紧急控制措施的时间。

【Abstract】 Based on the thinking of centralized management and partitioning control, a multi-agent system (MAS) based synergicable power system emergency control scheme is proposed. When power system is in case of emergency, in the controlled area the Lord Agents, which are used to deal with critical failure, compose an MAS and under the action coordination by rule of contract network an emergency control measure is rapidly formed and transmitted to agents in all emergency control regions, thus the critical failure is dealt with in parallel. To validate the superiority of above-mentioned control scheme, simulation is performed in WSCC 4-machine system. Simulation results show that for critical failures occurred in different places this control scheme can rapidly draft control measures and quickly transmit the control instructions to Lord Agents in all control regions, so the time for allocating and executing the emergency control measures can be extremely shortened.
