面孔容颜信息加工的事件相关电位时空模式研究
Facial beauty processing revealed by spatiotemporal pattern of event-related potentials
【摘要】 目的:利用事件相关电位研究面孔容颜信息加工的神经机制.方法:志愿受试者34名参与,以另外23名评估吸引力程度即容颜美丽程度分类的面孔照片作刺激,面孔性别识别为任务,记录的多导事件相关电位经重复测量方差分析(吸引力高、中、低)和配对t检验绘制统计参数映象(SPM).结果:动态SPM显示不同面孔吸引力所诱发的电活动于右额前区域刺激后60~100ms即有显著性差异.两者的差异涉及到刺激后140~240ms的右顶及左额前区域.有吸引力的面孔通过激活左及中额前区域可诱发出刺激后340~380ms的正性电活动.结论:大脑对面孔容颜的认知可能经历早期粗分类加工、粗分类后重新评估及晚期与语言表达有关的加工.
【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the neural mechanism underlying facial beauty with event-related potentials(ERPs). METHODS: Thirty-four participants took task of gender discrimination on facial stimuli, which were rated based on attractiveness by other 23 subjects previously. One-way (attractiveness: high/median/low) ANOVA of repeated-measure was performed before post-hoc comparisons. Statistical parametric mapping (SPM) was interpolated with both F-value and t-value. RESULTS: Dynamic SPM showed that both attractive and unattractive faces were processed together as salient features in right frontal area (60-100 ms). The differentiation between the two involved the right parietal and left frontal areas (140-240 ms). Attractive faces elicited positive effects via the activation of left and midline frontal areas (340-380 ms). CONCLUSION: Facial beauty processing in human brain may include the early coarse categorization, the following reevaluation, and the next processing related to language description.
