弹性模量评价GFRP筋质量方法探讨

【摘要】 通过试验研究不同直径、不同环境温度条件下GFRP筋拉伸极限强度与其拉伸弹性模量的相关性。试验结果表明,基于拉伸弹性模量评价GFRP筋质量是可行的。建议采用拉伸弹性模量和变异系数作为控制指标来评价GFRP筋质量。采用此法来评价GFRP筋质量,可以采用普通试验装置,难度小,便于操作,为提高生产质量和出厂检验提供较好的保证。研究成果对GFRP筋在工程中应用推广具有实用意义。

【Abstract】 Quality of glass fiber reinforcement plastic(GFRP) rebar product is one of the main obstructing factors of the expansion for its application.This paper studies the relationship between the tensile ultimate strength and the tensile elastic modulus for the GFRP rebar of different diameters and at different environment temperature by experiment.The experiment results show that the method of quality evaluation of GFRP rebars by use of the tensile elastic modulus is feasible.A suggestion was put forward to evaluate the quality of GFRP reabr by tensile elastic modulus and the variation coefficient as control index.The method of quality evaluation has advantages,such as,using common experiment device,and easy to operate.The quality can be ensured through examination of GFRP rebars.The research result has practical significance for extension of the application of GFRP rebar in civil engineering.
