【Abstract】 The total volume of water resources in China is small and we cannot basically solve problems by building reservoirs and constructing water transfer projects.To construct a water-conserving society and improve the use efficiency and performance of water resources is the most fundamental and effective strategic measure for solving the shortage of water in China,especially in North China.The rich coal resources in North China ill match the distribution of water resources.Therefore,to strengthen the comprehensive utilization of water resources and ac- tively adopt advanced and mature water-conserving technologies is the most effective approach for reconciling the conflict between the development of the power industry and the shortage of water resources.更多还原
