在学院二级管理模式下加强人才建设的思考与实践
Strengthen University Construction for High Level Teacher Team under the Mode of College Secondary Management
【摘要】 人才建设是高校重中之重的工作,直接关系到高校的地位和发展。本文从二级学院的角度出发,就目前人才建设的现状和在学院二级管理下加强人才建设的措施和人才建设的效果提出思考和设想。
【Abstract】 It is most important work to strengthen university construction for high level teacher team.This paper will introduce college situation and how to strengthen university construction for high level teacher team under the mode of college secondary management.A series of measures are put forward.
