基于神经网络的青霉素发酵控制系统研究
Research of the Penicillin Fermentation Control System Based on Neural Network
【摘要】 青霉素发酵是一个非常复杂的生物化学反应过程,具有高度的非线性、时变性和不确定性,介绍了青霉素发酵的工艺流程、参数测量方法、补料装置的结构和控制过程的时序分析,绘出了DCS与现场设备连接的网络结构图,对发酵过程中如何优化补料控制和基于神经网络实现补糖控制的算法进行了研究。讨论的目的是如何在现有的设备条件下提高生产过程的自动化水平,以便研究不同的条件对青霉素发酵过程的影响并寻找最佳的控制条件。
【Abstract】 The penicillin fermentation is a very complicated biological and chemical process.It has some special characteristics such as high level non-linear,time-variable and uncertainty.The technical flow of penicillin fermentation,the methods of parameters measurement,the structure of the equipment of raw material feeding and the time sequence analysis of control process were introduced.Map of the network of DCS linked to local equipments was drawn.How to optimize the raw material feeding control and sugar feeding algorithm based on neural network in the fermentation procedure were discussed.The target of the discussion is how to improve the automatic control level of the production process based on the current equipment.The aim of the research is to observe the influence of the process of fermentation under different conditions so as to find the optimized control condition.
