Implementing ATML in Distributed ATS for SG-Ⅲ Prototype

【摘要】 <正> With the forthcoming large-scale scientific experimental systems,we are looking forways to construct an open,distributed architecture within the new and the existing automatictest systems.The new standard of Automatic Test Markup Language meets our demand for dataexchange for this architecture through defining the test routines and resultant data in the XMLformat.This paper introduces the concept of ATML(Automatic Test Markup Language)andrelated standards,and the significance of these new standards for a distributed automatic testsystem.It also describes the implementation of ATML through the integration of this technologyamong the existing and new test systems.
