对轮毂铸件X射线检测图像实时处理的软件系统设计

【摘要】 提出了一套对某系列汽车轮毂铸件通用的X射线实时检测系统的数字图像处理软件的设计。此图像处理软件采用Microsoft Visual C++6.0语言编程,根据面向对象的编程思想,以Windows系统标准的多文档界面为主控界面,以Win32多线程编程技术为核心,来实现图像处理。此软件系统具有检测速度快、成像质量高、便于图像处理、分析和识别等特点,能够达到对轮毂铸件内部结构的实时显示,便于工作人员对工件的检测和缺陷的评定。

【Abstract】 This paper designs a software system which Process image obtained by X-ray inspection system.According to the thought of facing object,this paper programs with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0.Besides,it achieves image processing by taking standard multi-documents interface as master interface in Windows system,and taking Win32 multi-flows programming methods as core.This system have advantages such as fast inspection velocity,high quality image etc.besides,it is convenient for analyze and identify.This software can display the structure of hub,so it is easy to test and assess workpiece.
