基于非线性规划的立体仓库存储区优化设计

【摘要】 为了减少投资建设立体仓库的成本,提高仓库的运营效率,在对多巷道平均运行周期进行研究的基础上,以仓库吞吐量最大和成本最小为目标建立了非线性多目标规划模型.然后应用功效系数法将多目标规划模型化为单目标规划模型进行求解并用Lingo10.0仿真.结果表明:在不同的建造面积下,可以相应设计货架的长、高和巷道数目,选择堆垛机数目,同时使得仓库吞吐量尽可能大和成本尽可能小,从而提高立体仓库的效率,降低盲目建造带来的风险.

【Abstract】 To decrease the cost of constructing automated warehouse and improve the warehouse operation efficiency,on the basis of researching multi-aisles average cycle time,a multi-objective non-linear programming model aiming at the maximum throughput and the minimum cost is built.The multi-objective non-linear programming problem is then transformed into a single-objective non-linear programming problem using the efficacy coefficient method,which can be solved and simulated by Lingo10.0.Results show that designing the shape of shelf,the number of aisle and selecting the number of storage and retrieval machine appropriately may achieve maximal throughput and minimal cost with different building areas,thus the warehouse operation efficiency can be improved,and the risk of overheated construction can be reduced.
