【摘要】 [目的]了解新入学研究生血清铁、锌、钙、镁含量,评价新入学研究生的营养状况。[方法]应用原子吸收光谱仪对大连医科大学2006年入学研究生血清进行铁、锌、钙、镁含量的测定。[结果]血清铁、锌、钙、镁含量分别为(1.49±0.49)、(0.70±0.23)、(102.18±18.89)和(18.70±3.70)μg/mL,与参考值比较铁、钙偏高显著,锌、镁偏低显著,男女学生血清各元素含量无显著性差异。[结论]新入学研究生血清锌、镁含量存在不同程度的偏低情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To assay the serum contents of Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg among graduate students and evaluate the nutrition of them.[Method] Serum contents of Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg among graduate students of Dalian medical university in 2006 were determined by AAS.[Results] Serum contents of Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg were as follows(μg/mL):(1.49±0.49),(0.70±0.23),(102.18±18.89)and(18.70±3.70),comparing with reference value the serum contents of Fe,Ca increased and the serum contents of Zn and Mg decreased,and there was significant deviation(P>0.05).[Conclusions] The serum Zn,Mg deficiency existed among new graduate students in 2006 to several kinds of degrees.更多还原
