外部电力系统对高速铁路供电的RAMS评估及其灵敏度分析

【摘要】 以高速铁路客运专线牵引供电项目建设为背景,提出了高速铁路牵引供电系统可靠性-可用性-可维护性-安全性(RAMS)评估的5个层次HL1~HL5。然后针对HL1的可靠性评估,以高速铁路所有牵引变电站的供电可靠性和铁路的通过能力为评估对象,建立了在考虑越区供电前提下外部电力系统对高速铁路牵引供电的RAMS评估模型,推导了供电可靠性指标和铁路通过能力对电力系统元件可靠性参数的解析表达式和灵敏度表达式。以IEEERTS79给一条高速铁路供电为例,给出了可靠性评估和灵敏度分析的结果,确定了该系统的薄弱环节,验证了所提出的模型和算法的正确性。

【Abstract】 The levels HL1~HL5 of a hierarchical model for the reliability evaluation of the traction power supply system of a high-speed railway is proposed.For level HL1,the reliability evaluation model of the bulk power system for the traction power supply system has been developed with the section-crossing supply between substations taken into account.The analytical expressions of the reliability indices and sensitivity to the system component reliability parameters have been deduced.Hence the power supply reliabilities of all the traction power supply substations and the carrying capacity of the high-speed railway have been evaluated.The reliability evaluation and sensitivity analysis have been made on the IEEE RTS79 power system which provides power to a high-speed railway line,with the weak links determined.
