【摘要】 宜都蔡家冲换流站GIS安装调试期间发现多起设备缺陷。通过交流耐压试验及局部放电测量发现隔离开关绝缘拉杆存在质量缺陷,更换合格绝缘拉杆后试验通过。断路器解体检查及时发现了内部缺陷,避免了事故发生。进行气体泄漏检查时发现多处气室轻微漏气。气体湿度测量发现超过厂家控制标准,需要进行复测。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the installation and testing process of Yidu Caijiachong Converter Station GIS,several device defects are identified.Through AC voltage test and local discharge measurement,separating switch insulation rod quality defects are found,and it passed test after replaced with qualified one.Breaker internal defects are discovered during disassembling examination,which avoids accident.Minor leaks in several gas chambers are found in leak test.Measurement indicates that gas humidity exceeds manufacturer’s limit and requires recheck.更多还原
