【摘要】 在交通影响评价的基础上,充分考虑交通的可持续发展,从项目的建设对交通和环境两方面的影响进行分析,不仅考虑了项目的开发对交通系统承载力上限的影响,还考虑了交通系统资源的充分利用问题以及经济性问题,即项目开发与交通系统的协调度。为了便于操作,同时又多方考虑系统内的各种影响因素,本文采取基于AHP的模糊综合评判方法进行评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the traffic impact analysis,the paper considers sustainable development in transportation,including traffic and environment.In the paper,we define the coordination degree between items exploiture and the urban transportation.Which not only contains transportation system’limited level, but also considers traffic recourse’s sufficient use.In order to convenience use in practice, the paper use Analytical Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation to resolve our problem.更多还原
