【Abstract】 The planning environmental impact assessment(PEIA)is the planning level application of environmental impact assessment(EIA)and the standardized,systematic and comprehensive evaluation process of environmental impact on the planning or the alternative plan.The comparison and analysis on policy-oriented and project-oriented planning environmental impact assessment are studied from the methods and procedure of PEIA.Two actual planning environmental impact assessments of Binhai New District in Jiaxing and Wanwei chemical industry base in Chaohu lake area are here as the examples for case studies.更多还原
