【摘要】 随着人口增加、工业化和城市化进程的加快,资源需求量大幅上升,经济社会发展与资源供给的矛盾越来越突出。该文从全面建设小康社会目标角度分析河北省2020年水、耕地、能源等资源的需求量和可供量,得出河北省水资源的压力最大,其次是土地和能源,并提出加快资源节约型社会建设的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with population increasing and faster industrialization and urbanization,the resource demand increases in big extent,and the contradiction between economy society development and resource supply intensifies.This paper,from the view of overall well-off society construction,analyzes the demand and supply of the resources such as water,cultivated land,energy and so on of Hebei province in the year of 2020.It is educed that the pressure of water resources is the biggest in this province,and in the second place are ones of land and energy.And the measures for quickening the constriction of resource-saving type society are put forward as well.更多还原
