【摘要】 面对资源型城市"资源诅咒"的诸多困境,产业转型是其发展的必然趋势。研究认为处于成熟期的资源型城市是当前我国产业转型的主体,成熟期也是资源型城市转型的最佳时期。以济宁市为研究案例,通过分析采矿业各项指标的变动趋势,得出济宁市已处于资源型成熟期,并运用产业综合竞争力方法对济宁市的34个产业进行了竞争优势强弱的层次分类。最后,依据该分类标准从资源产业的深加工和接续产业的培育角度构建了济宁市产业转型的发展模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the face of predicament of "resource curse" in resource-based cities,industry transformation is the inevitable trend.This paper argues that matured resource-based cities are the major components of industry transition,and the maturation period is the best period for industry transition.At the same time,a case study is performed on the city of Jining.Through analyzing the change trend of mining indices,the paper concludes that Jining has already been in the maturation period,and 34 industries have been classified into different categories in terms of their strengths of competitive advantage by the method of synthetic industrial competitive power.Finally,from the view of deep process of resources industries and the cultivation of succeeding industries,the development mode of industry transformation has been established based on above classification criteria.更多还原
