有源箝位PWM技术在轮毂电机EV中的应用
Active Clamping PWM Technology Applied in Wheel Hub EV
【摘要】 电动汽车(Electric Vehicle,简称EV)开关电源升压电路的开关动作会带来诸如开关损耗、传统升压电路的升压变换比低等一系列问题。针对这些问题,提出将一种有源箝位电流馈电半桥变换器电路拓扑应用到EV中,并对该电路拓扑做了模态分析和小信号建模,以论证该电路的可靠性和可行性。对电路进行了仿真分析,并设计了一个功率变换器进行了实验。实验结果显示,该电路拓扑可以实现升压电路的软开关动作和电压的高变换比转换。
【Abstract】 To eliminate a series of problem,such as switching loss,resulting from power converting in electric vehicle(EV),and to overcome the low voltage conversion ratio in traditional boost circuit,a active clamping zero-voltage switch(ZVS) pulse-width modulation(PWM) current-fed half-bridge converter applied in electric vehicle(EV) is proposed.The prototype of the active-clamp half-bridge converter is built to verify the two switch’s ZVS condition.The experiment re-vealed that the charge control can make the converter’s performance better,the design of active-clamp easier,and the ef-ficiency higher,meanwhile vividly show it is feasible to apply the ZVS PWM current-fed half-bridge converter in EV.
