大功率HID灯数字式电子镇流器研究
The Study of High-power Digital Electronic Ballasts for HID Lamp
【摘要】 针对1kW农用高压钠灯、高强度气体放电(HID)金卤灯,开发出了适合220V交流输入的1kW数字式电子镇流器;设计了基于临界模式Boost型有源功率因数校正(PFC)控制器MC33262的PFC环节,效率达到97%,功率因数近似为1。全桥逆变器工作在LC谐振网络的感性区,降低了开关管的开通损耗,整机效率达到96.5%。利用单片机实现了负载开路、短路的保护,以及精确的输出功率闭环控制。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a design of 220V AC digital electronic ballast for 1kW agricultural high pressure sodi-um lamp and Metal Halide Lamp(HID Lamps).The Boost Power Factor Correction(PFC) stage is based on the critical mode PFC controller 33262,the Boost PFC reach 97% efficiency,power Factor close to 1 the full-bridge inverter operated at the LC resonant inductive area,which lowered the opening loss and made the unit efficiency reached 96.5%.The MCU paves the way to achieve the open or short-circuit protection and precise closed-loop output power.
