应用Microtest 1自动快速血沉仪建立儿童红细胞沉降率参考范围的探讨

【摘要】 目的:通过Microtest 1自动快速血沉仪建立健康儿童的参考范围。方法:分别应用Microtest 1自动快速血沉仪和魏氏法对来我院就诊的病孩83人同时检测ESR,对健康儿童男、女各50人应用Microtest 1自动快速血沉仪进行ESR的检测,统计健康儿童参考范围。结果:Microtest 1检测的ESR结果与魏氏法有良好的相关性(r=0.982);重复性较好(CV<7%)。试验测定的健康儿童的参考范围为男(4.54±6.14)mm/h,女(6.62±9.82)mm/h,男、女孩之间ESR检测结果有显著性差异(P=0.009),女孩略高于男孩。结论:Microtest 1检测的ESR与经典的魏氏法相比具有良好的相关性,重复性较好,在儿童常规检测ESR工作中完全可替代魏氏法。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish reference ranges of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)with Microtest1 analyzer for chil- dren.Methods:ESR of 83 in-patient children determined by Microtest1 were compared with that by classical Westergren method, meanwhile plasm samples from 50 healthy boys and 50 healthy girls were measured by Microtest1 to establish ESR reference ranges.Results:ESR measured by Microtest1 has a close correlation with Westergren(r=0.982)at reproductivity(CV<7%).There was a significant difference between reference ranges of ESR for boys and girls[(4.54±6.14)mm/h versus(6.62±9.82)mm/h, P=0.009].Conclusion:Our results show that Microtest1 analyzer not only has a close correlation with Westergren but also a satisfacto- ry reproductivity,which can completely replace Westergren in determination d ESR for children.
