HPLC法快速测定茶多酚中儿茶素类及咖啡因含量
HPLC Determination of Catechins and Caffeine in Tea Polyphenols
【摘要】 目的:建立茶多酚中4种儿茶素类成分(EGC、EGCG、Ec、ECG)和咖啡因的HPLC等度洗脱一次进样检测方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱,流动相为水:甲醇:乙酸=73:23:2的等度洗脱反相HPLC法在16min内完成检测。结果:样品分析时,除EGCG的色谱峰分离度>1外,其它各组分的分离度均>1.5;各组分的加样回收率在98.88%~101.85%之间。结论:该检测方法准确、稳定、重复性好,可正确定量茶多酚中的5种组分。
【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of catechins(EGC,EGCG,EC,ECG)and caf- feine in tea polyphenols and to quantify five ingredients with ingradient elution.Methods:The study was achieved using a C18 column with a water/methanol/acetic acid(73/23/2,v/v/v)within 16 minutes.Results:The resolutions in samples were all above 1.5 ex- cept EGCG;The average recoveries were 98.88%~101.85%.Conclusion:This method was accurate,stable,excellent reproducibili- ty and suitable for quality control of tea polyphenols.
