【摘要】 目的:对老年糖尿病(DM)冠心病(CHD)合并甲状腺机能减退症(甲减)进行临床分析及探讨其病因。方法:对住院老年DMCHD合并甲减的患者30例进行回顾性临床分析,着重分析其DM、CHD、甲减的临床症状、体征、辅助检查的结果,及治疗转归情况。结果:老年DMCHD合并甲减的病人甲功5项明显低于正常值,P<0.05。结论:老年DM患者CHD并发甲减,与DM血管病变垂体缺血、缺氧致使垂体机能受损,使促甲状腺激素(TSH)分泌减少,甲状腺机能受损有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study was designed to analyze and probe the causes of the senile patients suffered from diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease combined with hypothyroidism.Methods:Senile inpatients of our hospital suffered from diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease combined with hypothyroidism,were retrospectively analyzed,especially on their complaints,physical signs,lab studies and prognoses.Results:Five indexes of thyroid gland function of these patients were far below normal,P<0.05.Conclusion: Senile patients suffered from diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease combined with hypothyroidism were related by vessel diseases by DM,what cause pituitary ischemic and anoxic,leading to pituitary deficiency,and TSH decrease,thyroid gland function harmed.更多还原
