【摘要】 对上市公司经营状况的监管是保证我国证券市场顺利发展的前提,也是保障金融系统稳定的重要手段,因此完善我国证券市场监管模式,提高监管效率具有重要的意义。本文主要通过在自律性监管不完备和完备情况下分别建立博弈模型,对不同情况下的上市公司和证监会期望效用值进行对比分析,指出加强行业自律性监管的重要性,并提出政策上的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s undoubted that the supervision on the management of listed companies is important to our securities business and financial system,so perfecting the securities business supervision mode and improving the efficiency of supervision are of great significance.This paper mainly sets up game model respectively when self-discipline supervision is adequate and inadequate,compares the expected utility value of listed company and CSRC,then analyzes the importance of strengthening self-discipline supervision,and finally puts forth some policy suggestions.更多还原
