【摘要】 首先介绍液晶显示模块QH2001的原理和功能,然后介绍了它与单片机组成电子系统在电焊机设计中的应用,最后给出了液晶显示模块的初始化程序以及与控制器的交互程序。在电焊机中引入液晶显示模块,能够实现对焊接工艺参数的设置、修改、保存和调用,实时显示焊接参数、与上位机通信、故障报警等功能,同时也便于扩展。且液晶显示模块本身具有显示灵活、使用方便、价格便宜等优点。经过实验测试,该系统显示稳定,抗干扰能力强,人机界面友好,操作方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 At first,this article consisely introduces the principle and function of the LCD display module and the application in the system of singlechip.The detailed circuit-principle graph and the programme for realization are given.A digital man-machine interface system is designed to realize the setting,modification,storage and real-time display for welding parameters,communication with MCU,display and fault alarm etc.It proves reliable,highly precise and compatible in welding.Experimental results show that it has several advantages such as the display stability,strong anti-interference,the higher flexibility、easy-operation and friendly software interface etc.更多还原
