【Abstract】 Hydroxyethyl chitin is one of water soluble chitin derivative. Water soluble hydroxyethyl chitin which has high etherification degree can be received by the gas-solid reaction with ethylene oxide. The effects of several reaction conditions on the water-solubility of hydroxyethyl chitin were investigated. Optimal experiment parameters of preparing hydroxyethyl chitin with good water solubility were obtained.更多还原
