MOCVD工艺中源材料用量计算方法
Calculating Method of Used MO and Gas Sources in MOCVD Process
【摘要】 介绍了MO源和气态源实际用量的计算原理与方法,并在中国电子科技集团公司第四十八研究所研制的MOCVD设备中应用;提出了提高MO源利用率、降低工艺成本的三项措施。
【Abstract】 The calculating principle and method of used MO and gas sources is introduced and implemented in the MOCVD systems developed by the 48th Research Institute of CETC. Three methods on improving the utilization ratio of MO sources and reducing process cost are presented.
