基于变结构PID控制的直接驱动阀伺服控制系统
DDV Servocontrol System Based on Variable-Structure PID Control
【摘要】 针对所设计的一种由永磁无刷直流力矩电机直接驱动转动阀心的电气三余度直接驱动阀(DDV)伺服控制系统,采用由电流环和位置环构成的双闭环控制结构,通过建立系统模型,提出一种新型变结构PID控制策略。实验结果表明,该方法易于实时控制,能够使系统有效的克服饱和非线性、液动力负载扰动的影响,具有良好的稳态精度、动态跟踪特性和鲁棒性,并且保障了系统单次或两次电气故障后的余度控制性能。
【Abstract】 A triplex-redundancy direct-drive-valve (DDV) servocontrol system is designed, in which a brushless DC motor (BLDCM) drives rotational valve core directly. Mathematical models of the system based on duplex closed-loop control structure are built up in this paper. And a novel variable-structure PID control strategy is proposed and analyzed. The experiment results show that the proposed control scheme is easy to real-time control, and reduces the effects of non-linear saturation and uncertain hydraulic resistance effectively. It improves static and dynamic operation performance, and ensures the redundancy characteristics after first or second electrical failure. The system satisfies the DDV actuator of airplane.
