【Abstract】 By using the prepayment control unit to read data from meters of gas,water and electric power,the IC and prepayment meter system can make civil users to prepay fees for above purposes with only one card.The security and adaptability are improved by its functions of anti-stealing,anti-interference,alarming and data protection,by which problems arising in charging the fees can be solved effectively.更多还原
