【摘要】 本实验对中药免疫增强剂"囊病宁"对感染IBDV鸡免疫器官指数的影响进行了研究。选择1日龄非免疫健康雏鸡,随机分为3组,5日龄用中药饮水,另外2组饮用自来水,连续饮用50d。15、20日龄免疫组和免疫对照组进行法氏囊弱毒苗免疫,空白对照组肌肉注射等量生理盐水。观察其对接种法氏囊弱毒疫苗鸡的免疫器官指数的影响,结果显示,该组方剂对感染IBDV鸡的免疫器官的生长发育有一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of "Nang Bing Ning"on immune organs index of IBDV in chickens. 1-day-old chickens which didn’t used any bacterin were randomly divided into three groups: immune control and blank control groups fed water,immune group fed immunopotentiator by free drinking for 50 days respectively on day 5th,On 15th and 20th,the chickens of immune and immune control were immunized with IBDV,the chickens of blank control were iniected with physiologic saline. Immune organs index were observed. Results showed that this traditional Chinese medical herbs could increase markedly the weight and growth index of lymphoid organs.更多还原
