含铈镨及含银铅钙合金的电化学行为
Studies on Pb-Ca grid alloys containing Ce and Pr or Ag for lead-acid battery
【摘要】 利用线性电位扫描、恒电位阶跃、交流阻抗等方法研究了添加银或铈镨的铅钙锡铝合金被阳极或阴极极化后,表面上析氧、析氢及其腐蚀行为。结果表明:与Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金相比,银或铈镨的添加均可抑制氢的析出,但银的添加加速了氧的析出,同时银或铈镨加入后,提高了合金的耐腐蚀性,且银的添加有助于合金腐蚀膜的还原。
【Abstract】 The evolution behavior of hydrogen when cathodized and oxygen when anodized,and its corrosion on the surface of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al-Ce-Pr and Pb-Ca-Sn-Al-Ag alloys were studied by linear potential scan,constant potential steps,impedance spectras methods.The results showed that cerium and praseodymium or silver could decrease the rate of hydrogen evolution on surface of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloys in comparion with Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloys.But silver had contrary effect for oxygen evolution.Cerium and praseodymium could improve Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloys corrosion resistance when cerium and praseodymium were added together.Silver had the same effect,and helpful for the reduction of alloy corrosion film.
