氧化锡的硝酸氧化法制备及其性能研究
Preparation and electrochemical performance of SnO2 anode material for Li-ion battery
【摘要】 介绍了采用硝酸氧化法制备锂离子电池负极材料氧化锡的方法以及对其进行硼酸掺杂改性的研究结果。用XRD对材料进行了表征,通过充放电循环实验、交流阻抗等对合成材料进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明,不同煅烧温度处理得到的材料,电化学性能差别很大;其中700℃煅烧得到的SnO2电化学性能最好,首次放电比容量达590mAhg/;硼掺杂后SnO2的循环性能有所提高。
【Abstract】 Tin-based anode material is one of the promising candidates for the anode materials in lithium-ion secondary batteries.SnO2 was prepared by HNO3 oxidation of Sn in this experiment,and it was modified by doping B.The influence of sintering temperature on electrochemical performance was studied.The material structure was analyzed by XRD,and the electrochemical performance was examined by means of the experiment of charge and discharge property and AC impedance.It was shown that tin oxide-based material has the high capability,but its cycle capability and reversibility were not well.It must be improved through doping or controlling its structure.SnO2 sintered at 700℃ had better performance than that sintered at other temperatures.The first charge capacity and discharge capacity were 1390 mAh/g and 590 mAh/g,respectively.The cycle capability of SnO2 could be improved by doping B.
