Ag2S纳米-微米材料的可控合成及其表征
Controllable synthesis and characterization of Ag2S nano-and micro-materials
【摘要】 室温下通过简单的一步反应的方法成功地制备了辐射条状、纳米线、蠕虫状等形貌的Ag2S纳米-微米材料.研究表明:反应物Ag+和S2-的浓度以及溶液的碱性强弱都对Ag2S形貌有明显影响;在反应物溶液中加入一定量的氨水可以起到控制Ag+浓度和调节最初反应溶液酸碱度的作用.通过简单控制反应物浓度以及溶液酸碱性可实现Ag2S纳米-微米材料的形貌可控合成.
【Abstract】 Ag2S nano-and micro-materials with different morphologies have been prepared controllably at room temperature by a simple method.The morphologies include micrometer bars,microfibers,nanowires,nnaoparticles and nanopolyhedrons. Powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy(XPS) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) were employed to characterize the structure and compositions of those nanomaterials.The concentrations of ammonia,Ag+,S2-and their ratios in the solution may play an important role on the morphologies and sizes of the products.
