暴马丁香药用原料林高产栽培技术
High-yield Cultural Technique of Medicinal Raw Material Forest of Syringa reticulata var.mandshurica
【摘要】 人工栽培暴马丁香药用原料林。试验结果表明,利用50×10-6ABT1号生根粉浸泡苗木根系5min后造林,5年生幼林高生长提高17.45%,枝干产量增加52.68%,树皮产量增加21.52%,树叶产量增加59.41%;合理初植密度2.8万株/hm2,幼林生长良好,树皮产量、树叶产量有较大增长;林龄4、5a幼林树皮产量、树叶产量差距很小;对暴马丁香不同药用部位主要成分紫丁香苷检测的试验结果表明,林龄4、5a的幼树树皮的紫丁香苷含量接近或超过林龄22a野生对照,幼树树皮含量大于树叶,树叶含量大于去皮枝干;培育暴马丁香药用原料林,林龄4a或5a的幼林可采收利用。
【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to cultivate medicinal raw material forest of Syringa reticulata var.mandshurica.The root system of nursery stock was immersed by rooting powder of ABT No.1 with a concentration of 5.0×10-5 for about 5 minutes before planting.Compared with the control,the increments of tree height,and yields of branch,trunk,bark and leaf for 5-year-old young forests increased by 17.45%,52.68%,21.52% and 59.41%,respectively.The young trees grew well,and the yields of bark and leaf increased significantly under an initial planting density of 28 000 per hm2.The yields of bark and leaf for 4 and 5-year-old young forests increased insignificantly.The syringin content in different medicinal parts of S.reticulata var.mandshurica was determined.Result shows that the syringin contents in the bark of 4 or 5-year-old saplings were approach to or higher than those of wild 22-year-old trees from the control.Syringin contents of bark,leaf and branch without bark decreased in the following order,bark>leaf>branch without bark.Four or five-year-old young forests can be collected and utilized to cultivate medicinal raw material forest.
