【摘要】 针对水电机组的特点,研制开发了HM9000水电机组状态监测综合分析系统。文中详细阐述了HM9000系统的结构设计、测点分布与传感器选型、系统功能特点等,讨论了系统在太平湾发电厂的应用情况。从应用结果看,HM9000系统在监测机组状态、掌握机组运行特性、优化机组运行等方面发挥了重要作用,为实现水电机组状态检修奠定了扎实的技术基础。

【Abstract】 HM9000,a system of condition monitoring and integrated analysis for hydroelectric generator sets,is developed based on the characteristics of hydroelectric generator sets.The structure design,measuring points distribution and sensor selection,and the main functions of HM9000 are introduced in detail.The application of HM9000 to the Taipingwan Hydropower Plant is discussed.It is demonstrated that HM9000 is very effective for the condition monitoring and optimal operation of hydroelectric generator sets,and it establishes a solid technical foundation for the condition maintenance of hydroelectric generator sets.
