壅塞现象法测量气粉两相流音速
Choking Phenomenon Used as an Approach to Measure Sonic Velocity of AirPowder Two-Phase Flow
【摘要】 实验研究了在水平等截面管道中空气-树脂粉两相流的音速.基于壅塞现象原理,提出了一种测量气粉两相流音速的新方法.得到了空气-树脂粉两相流在不同固气比下质量流量和滞止压强的关系,从而确定了发生壅塞现象的临界压强,进一步得到了临界压强比和固气比的关系式.考虑两相流连续方程确定出两相流的实际表观音速,并且与两相平衡流理论计算所得的理论音速进行了比较,仅为其0.5~0.7倍.
【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out to investigate the sonic velocity of air-powder two-phase flow in a horizontal constant cross section duct.Based on the forming principle of choking phenomenon,an approach is proposed to measure the sonic velocity of air-powder two-phase flow.The relationship between the mass flow rates of such an air-powder two-phase flow and inlet stagnant pressure is obtained with different solid-to-air ratios,thus determining the pressure under which the choking phenomenon takes place and,further,giving the relationship of the ratio of back pressure to critical pressure and the solid-to-air ratio.Taking the continuity equation of air-powder flow into consideration,the apparent sonic velocity of two-phase flow can be given.Furthermore,the apparent sonic velocity is compared with theoretical sonic velocity calculated on the theory of two-phase equilibrium flow.
