百合碳水化合物含量与抗寒性的关系
Relation between carbohydrate content and cold resitance in Lilium
【摘要】 在低温胁迫条件下,对东方百合(Oriental hybrids)及卷丹百合(Lilium lancifolium Thunb)的抗寒性相关生理指标-蛋白质、淀粉、可溶性糖含量进行测定,以对比分析东方百合和卷丹百合抗寒性与碳水化合物含量的关系,为百合在寒冷地区栽培应用及百合的抗寒性研究提供理论的依据。研究表明,东方百合及卷丹百合的蛋白质、淀粉含量随低温胁迫时间的延长而降低,且前者比后者相对降低幅度小,可溶性糖随低温胁迫时间的延长而升高,卷丹百合比东方百合升高的快。在低温条件下,蛋白质、淀粉相对含量低,可溶性糖相对含量高,则抗冷性强。
【Abstract】 The experiment determined the related physiology indexes of Oriental hybrids and L.lancifolium,inoluding content of protein,starch and solubility sugar in order to analyze the relation between carbohydrate content and cold resistance in the condition of low temperature coercing.The result showed Oriental hybrids and L.lancifolium content of protein and starch decreased with the time of low temperature coercing prolong,and the fall range of protein was smaller than the starch′s decreased.Then the content of soluble sugar increased with the time of low temperature coercing prolong,and the L.lancifolium’s rise range was faster than Oriental hybrids.In the low temperature environment,the content of protein and starch was lower,and soluble sugar was higher,so they had sthong cold resistance.
