【摘要】 宪政思维是建立宪政国家的思想意识基础,民众没有宪政思维,真正意义上的宪政国家无从建立。当代大学生的法制教育盛行法律工具主义,缺失宪政思维,与大学生即将承担的历史任务的要求相背离,因此,培育宪政思维是大学生担当时代重任的前提。培育当代大学生的宪政思维是高校的历史责任,高等院校应该开设宪政公共课程、培养高素质宪政教师、革新教学方法,从而培育富有宪政思维的大学生,推动我国宪政事业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constitutional thinking is the ideological consciousness upon which the constitutional government is based.Now in the university legal education tends to be tool-oriented,which is in contrast to the historical task to be carried out by its students.The education in the ideology is a premise for students to undertake their task.It is also the historical responsibility of the university.So the university should open the public course of constitutional government and provide qualified teachers for the subject,so as to strengthen its students’ constitutional thinking and promote the development of China’s constitutional undertaking.更多还原
