【摘要】 目的:了解婴儿吮指行为的发生率,探讨家庭环境因素对婴儿吮指行为的影响。方法:采用问卷的方法对400名婴儿吮指行为及其家庭环境因素进行调查。调查问卷为《婴儿环境、行为调查问卷》(包括围产因素、父母亲职业、文化、年龄、喂养方式、家庭环境、亲子交流项目、婴儿行为);及父母亲SCL- 90。结果:婴儿吮指行为的发生率为47.25%。城、乡婴儿吮指行为的发生率分别为42%和50.5%,两者比较有显著差异(P<0.01);婴儿吮指行为与父母亲子交流、母亲孕期用药和母亲恐怖情绪有显著相关。结论:减少孕期及哺乳期母亲的精神压力、加强亲子交流、及时了解婴儿的需求并给予适当的抚慰,为婴儿营造一个宽松愉悦的生活环境,对减少婴儿吮指行为有重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The occurring rate of infant sucking was found out and the affection of familiar envi- ronmental factors was probed.Methods:With questionnaire,infant sucking and the effection of familiar environ- mental factors were studied on 400 infants.Study in questionnaire includes infant environment and behaviour:pre- natal factor,parental occupation,culture,age,feeding way,family environment,offspring-parent exchange, infant behaviour and parents SCL-90 (Sell-evaluate symptom measure form 90 items).Results:The incidence of infant sucking was 47.25%,The incidence of urban was 42%,rural 50.5% ,there was obvious deference(P<0.01);There were relationship infant sucking with offspring-parent exchange,maternity gestational period drug abuse,maternal horror emotions.Conclusion:To reduce maternal psychic depress in gestational period and lactation,promote offspring-parent exchange,find out infant require in time,and provide proper console and happy,cheerful life surrounding,All these may be important to reduce the infant sucking.更多还原
