SmDyCo薄膜的磁特性及微磁模拟研究

【摘要】 采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上制备了SmDyCo薄膜。振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试结果显示,SmDyCo薄膜垂直膜面方向矫顽力为353kA/m,矩形比为0.88;而平行膜面方向的矫顽力为10kA/m,矩形比为0.093,这表明SmDyCo薄膜具有垂直磁各向异性。对SmDyCo薄膜的微磁模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。通过对SmDyCo磁性薄膜在外场下动态磁化过程的计算,发现薄膜的磁矩并不是从一个方向到另一个方向的直接转动过程,而是一种阻尼进动过程。薄膜磁矩转动过程瞬态图像也证实了这种现象。

【Abstract】 SmDyCo/Cr thin films were prepared on glass substrate by RF magnetron sputtering. The vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) measurement revealed that the perpendicular coercivity and remanence square ratio reached 353kA/m and 0.88 respectively; and the inplanar coercivity and remanence square ratio were only 10kA/m and 0.093 respectively. These results indicate that SmDyCo thin films posses perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. The micromagnetic simulation is in accordance with experiment results. By calculating the dynamic process of the magnetization vector of SmDyCo thin films in externally applied field we found that the magnetization motion process of SmDyCo thin films is not from one direction to another direction directly,but a damp precessional motion. We also found such phenomena in the domain reversal process of thin films.
