铁氧体/NdFeB压合型柔性磁体的耐腐蚀性能

【摘要】 NdFeB磁体以其优良的磁性能获得了广泛应用,然而其耐腐蚀性差、易氧化等缺点在一定程度上限制了NdFeB磁体的应用。本文提出一种新型柔性磁体,即压延成型时在柔性NdFeB磁体表面压合铁氧体制备铁氧体/NdFeB压合型复合柔性磁体来改善NdFeB磁体的耐腐蚀性。在80℃×1h腐蚀试验后,柔性NdFeB磁体增重率达0.11%,最大表面磁场损失率为5.88%;而压合柔性磁体的这两项指标分别为0和3.05%。另外,压合柔性磁体的耐水锈性良好。

【Abstract】 The flexible NdFeB magnet has found wide applications for its excellent magnetic properties, but the bad oxidation and corrosion resistance limits its usage to some extent. This paper proposed a new kind of flexible magnet which is called ferrite/NdFeB rolled flexible magnet with improved environmental performance. The weight gain rate of the flexible NdFeB magnet is 0.11%, and the decrease of the maximal superficial magnetic field is 5.88% after 80℃×1h corrosion test; however the two data of the ferrite-NdFeB rolled flexible magnet are 0 and 3.05%, respectively. Furthermore, the ferrite/NdFeB rolled flexible magnet exbits better water resistance than the pure flexible NdFeB magnet.
