电磁无心夹具结构与调整参数的优化设计
Optimization Design of Regulating Parameters and Structures for Electromagnetic Coreless Fixtures
【摘要】 电磁无心夹具是一种适合薄壁回转体金属零件磨削加工的高效率夹具,对电磁无心夹具的结构进行优化设计,并科学地确定调整参数,以实现专用磨床的"无心化"、自动化和工艺工装的标准化,促进企业的技术改造均具有重要的指导作用。
【Abstract】 Electromagnetic coreless fixtures are highly efficient for grinding of thin-wall rotatory mental parts.Optimization design of structures and ascertainment of regulating parameters in electromagnetic coreless fixtures are meaningful for the corelessness,automatization of the special grinding machines and the standardization of technique and assembling.At the same time these researches are also directional for the cooperations′ updating.
