【摘要】 以翔实的观测资料为依据,对西安市电子城地面沉降发生的原因和它对地裂缝活动的影响等问题进行了深入的分析研究;指出了超采承压水引起承压水位大幅度下降是诱发地面沉降和地裂缝的原因。提出了控制承压水的开采是防治地面沉降和地裂缝危害的根本措施;经过实践和进一步监测和研究验证了治理方案的可行性和有效性,达到了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to observational data in abundance and detail,this article has discussed the reason that the ground was settlement and its reaction on the ground fracture in electronic city of Xi`an by analysis and research in-depth;it found the reason in solicitation the ground settlement and the ground fracture was over exploitation confined water result in the level of confined water was down in larger range.It suggested that the measure in essential is control the ground settlement and the validity in this treatment project was proved by more practices and investigation in-depth,and won well effect.更多还原
