三种高速公路软基处理方法的适用性分析
Applicability analysis of three common soft foundation reinforcement methods for highway
【摘要】 为了认识现浇混凝土薄壁筒桩、塑料排水板与粉喷桩加固高速公路软基的适用性及其特点,结合工程实例,从加固效果、施工质量控制要点以及经济效益等方面对三者进行了对比分析.研究结果表明:3种软基处理方法都各有其优缺点及适用范围.现浇混凝土薄壁筒桩相比塑料排水板和粉喷桩具有施工工期短、加固深度大、加固效果好、质量可靠及适用范围广等优点,但其经济造价高;塑料排水板经济效益最好,但其侧向变形大,施工工期长;粉喷桩的施工工期、加固效果及工程造价均介于塑料排水板和现浇混凝土薄壁筒桩之间,但其施工质量控制复杂,不适于处理深度超过15 m的软基.因此,在选择加固高速软基方案时,要做到因时制宜和因地制宜,对加固方案进行技术可行性和经济合理性分析,选定最合理的施工方案.
【Abstract】 In order to recognize the applicability and traits of cast-in-place thin wall concrete pipe pile,plastic draining board and cement injection pile for reinforcing soft foundation of Highway,this paper contrasted them from points of reinforcement effect,construction quality control and economy benefit based on project data.The study′s findings indicate that these three methods have their merits and demerits.Cast-in-place thin wall concrete pipe pile has the merits with short construction time limit,deep reinforcement depth,good reinforcement effect,credible construction quality and widely applicable range,but has high economy expense.Although plastic draining board has the best economy effect,it has large lateral distortion and long construction time limit.The construction time limit and reinforcement effect and economy benefit of cement injection pile lies in the cast-in-place thin wall concrete pipe pile and plastic draining board,but it has complex construction quality control and isn′t suitable for soft foundation reinforcement with depth beyond 15 meters.Therefore,when choosing soft foundation reinforcement methods for highway,we should consider technique feasibility and economy rationality of them according to geotechnical condition and construction time limit,and then receive the most reasonable construction project.
